The complex, which has been functioning since 1977, is housed in the building of Rajratna Purushottamdas Tulsibhai Patel Science College, named after the donor. The following subjects are taught in standards 11th and 12th

Those who have passed Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard) are eligible for admission. The complex has a computer centre, funds for which have been provided by Shri Rajendrasinh Dipsinhji Raolji of Bharoda. It is noteworthy that CVM is the only institution in the State to have higher secondary complexes in Science, Arts, Commerce and Vocational Home Science stream for girls.
